Gennaro starting dancing Ceroc partner dancing in the mid 90s and soon became a dance addict.

After two decades of modern jive, Gennaro discovered modern blues dancing, expressive and West Coast Swing.

This significantly help develop his dancing style and all dance influences inspire how he dances and expresses himself on the dance floor.

Gennaro loves dancing with all levels of dancer and gets great satisfaction of helping others to develop their dancing.

To help develop his dancing, Gennaro has entered various dance competitions in modern jive, modern blues and expressive.
These have encouraged multiple private lessons, masterclasses and private practice to constantly improve how he dances.

Even though the actual competition results weren’t the main goal, Gennaro has achieved significant success in the last few years.
This includes two World Championship modern jive Masters titles (at Blackpool Tower Ballroom), multiple modern blues, expressive dance, and “dance with a stranger” awards.

Gennaro’s enthusiasm for dance comes across whenever you see him on the dance floor and is keen to promote the physical, emotional and mental health benefits of partner dancing.
